The Art Of Paolo Rivera’s Headshots

During New York Comic Con I stumbled upon artist Paolo Rivera’s booth, I didn’t know he was attending the event. Having loved what he did on both Daredevil and Spider-Man I knew I had to peruse the art he was selling. While I did come away with a print or two, I saw him working on a headshot of Nightcrawler. I was dazzled by how realistic it looked and how beautiful it was. After doing some research I found out that he takes a few comissions per convention for these headshots. He’s done a lot and they are all pretty fantastic.

Evil Geek Book Report – Wonder Woman Vol. 1: Blood

I’ll admit that growing up I never knew much about Wonder Woman other than a few things I gleaned here and there from pop culture. For being one of the most recognizable female super heroes in the entire world I was a relative novice. As a character she always seemed to have limitless potential if used properly but since I don’t read much DC I never felt the urge to look into that. That was all about to change.

Justice League: War trailer is Released…sans Aquaman!

Hey Fellow Nerds!

The folks at IGN have given us a treat a few days before Halloween in the form of the Justice League: War trailer that you can check out below. War is the first movie since The Flashpoint Paradox and as Greekimus and I discussed in our podcast, this movie is set in the current New 52 Universe.

Justice League: War is being directed by Jay Oliva and produced by James Tucker and uses the voice talents of Jason O’Mara, Christopher Gorham, Alan Tudyk, Michelle Monaghan, Shemar Moore and Sean Astin.

New Wonder Woman FanFlick Kicks A$$!!!

Hey There Evil Geeks!


I’m proud to announce that there is an absolutely amazing Wonder Woman Fan Flick that hit the web on September 30th and already has almost three million hits on Youtube, with most of the comments out there being quite favorable!!! It’s no secret that Wonder Woman is an iconic superhero that Hollywood just can’t seem to wrap its head around, but the folks at Rainfall Films may have just cracked the code. Although a very short film (2:30 seconds,) you can easily see the potential of what Diana could be on the big screen. Check it out…
