Hello again my faithful deadites. My absence can be explained by my temporary petrification in order to wait out this embarrassing period in our world’s history. Sadly one of my wolves licked the stone off of me and I am forced to engage in this world during these dismal times. Luckily there’s still lots of media for me to indulge in while holed up in my lair. And this week I watched something so damn good I just have to share it with you.
Ok folks, this week I’ve got a special post for you just in time for the next episode. Why special? Well, you know my reviews always come speckled with spoilers. This week it will come speckled with politics as well. You have been warned. Move on if you don’t want to hear my politic opinion and how it related to TWD, but I promise to not get too deep or angry.
Greetings survivors of the Saviors, and welcome back to another Zombie Round Up as Lilith here gives you her take on this week’s TWD episode. I think all of us were still in a bit of a post-traumatic shock and funk, but this week’s episode knew just how to pivot to a separate story line and get us excited about the possibilities. Here’s my spoiler filled take on it.
To be honest, I’m not quite sure where to start this week. I’m just way too excited and scared and nervous and amped up about next week’s season finale, so it might be hard to review what little we might be predicting based on this week’s assessment.
Another weekend, another adventure in the post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead. And unlike in the first half of the season where we spent several episodes wondering what had happened to certain characters or whether or not they were alive, this half hasn’t left us waiting very long for resolution. Last week we saw Maggie and Carol get kidnapped outside The Saviors’ facility, and this week we got to see what happened to them.
