A Tale of Two Presidents- Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

You might be thinking this post is stemming from my obsession with creatures and my love of the nosferatu, but it is actually meant to be a more reflective piece. One where I can compare a book with it’s film counterpart and all the monsters that happen to be inside of them. Yes, two years ago the movie Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter hit the box office, and I did see it in theaters. It was based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith, but I had not read it at the time of seeing the movie. I did get a chance to read the novel in the last year, and now I can bring you my comparison of the two.

Mr. Batmom Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Tim Burton Batman Movies

Keaton is my Batman. Don’t get me wrong, the Christopher Nolan movies were all great but the two Tim Burton ones have a mystique that’s hard to deny, even though for a long time I tried.

Evil Movie Review: 9

Greetings Tim Burton fans, I know there are a ton of you following this site since we probably have similar taste. Today I want to bring you a review of an animated film that I was really looking forward to with names like Tim Burton, Elijah Wood, Jennifer Connelly, and Christopher Plumber associated with it. That movie is “9”, named after one of the main characters in the film. Villain Spotlight: Willy Wonka Part 2

I promised all of you a sequel to my last Wonka Villain Special, and I keep my promises! I apologize it has taken so long but truth be told I had not actually watched the more modern remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory specifically because I didn’t want it to spoil my endearment for the first film, but I delved in to the film just for all you fans this week. Villain Spotlight: Oogie Boogie

Have you all woken up from your candy and alcohol induced comas? Good! Welcome back to another edition of the spookiest, scariest, and most dastardly column on the internet….the Villain Spotlight! I figured since Halloween is on a Thursday this year, that we could stretch it out just one more day to Friday. I was wracking my brain and trying to come up with something appropriate for you all, and came across someone I am surprised I haven’t mentioned or spotlighted before. A real man made of the stuff nightmares are afraid of, a bag of acid and bile that haunts your mind with visions of terrifying terribleness, and man who eats fear like it’s so much candy.
