While discussing the new Hawkeye series, I was asked if I had ever read the Immortal Iron Fist one from a few years ago. I hadn’t, beyond what the character looks like I didn’t know a damn thing about him. I was told that the series was the first pairing of Hawkeye’s creative team, Matt Fraction and Dave Aja with the addition of Ed Brubaker. A bit of a dream team of sorts for the medium. It seemed too damn good to be true. When I finally got around to picking it up, I absolutely devoured it.
It’s been awhile, but Big Evil is back and he’s got an awesome panel to share with you!

Today’s panel of the day comes from A+X #5 and features Iron Fist and Doop! Not gonna lie, I dig Doop… seriously, I like the fact that he exists in this serious world of superheroes and he’s just this floating green blob who speaks in gibberish. It’s funny just to think of all the ridiculous X-Men we’ve seen over the years that have been forgotten about, but good ‘ol Doop is still hanging around, and in todays panel he’s rockin’ an Indiana Jones-like fedora…
