Hey guys, its Zach P. back at it again and what an episode this week. Got some pretty major tonal shifts happening and we all know what that means: big things on the horizon. This week we saw some characters reunite, we learned of certain characters fates, and we saw one hell of a final sequence with everyone’s favorite silver haired badass. Apologies about this being a bit out of order scene wise, I’ve recently moved back home after graduation and lost the use of my roommate’s HBO GO. Miss you, Warren! So let’s get to it shall we?
Hey guys, so obviously there was no review last week for the titanic episode “Home” because I was caught up with my final exams and turning in my senior thesis, so in order to preserve my sanity, the lovely C-Mart gave me the week off. Now, onto episodes 2 and 3, and as always, spoilers ahead!
Hello all and welcome to another season of Game of Thrones! I’m your humble reviewer of all things Westeros, Zach P.! First off, I’d like to extend a massive thanks to C. Mart for allowing me to come back again to write for EvilGeeks.com. Now, let’s get to the season opener, shall we? And what a time it was. Also, as always, spoilers ahead.
Hello again to all you mischievous, diabolical geeks out there. It took me awhile, but I finally got around to watching Disney’s most recent take on Maleficent, so today I can bring you my blackened heart’s review. The truth is I don’t remember much of the original animated Disney classic Sleeping Beauty. I had watched it when I was a child, but it was an old movie from 1959, and quite frankly the only thing I remember about it was the dragon. Yup, that gorgeous green and purple dragon (my favorite colors!) who was Maleficent herself in that story was the only part worth remembering, but I was saddened that this dragon was killed so that the sleeping princess could be awoke with true love’s kiss. Well, I heard that this story was told from Maleficent’s perspective, and with the promise of a dragon I was lured in. Warning- spoilers to follow.
Hello again my fantasy friends, I’ve got the latest (though still feels later then I would like) review of GoT, just in time to get your precious minds thinking about what HBO has in store for us this week. This week I will give you my review and bring up some questions that we are all probably thinking. Spoilers included of course.
Over the last couple years I have been intermittently reading this series, and last month I finished the fifth and final book of the collection. The series deals with a group of supernaturals familiar to all of us. It’s got vampires, shapeshifters, ghosts, and even ninja-like warriors. Some of my favorite characters in the novels are faeries. It was a fun read that I am happy to bring you my review of.
