Young Justice Legacy…sorta?
The trailer for Young Justice Legacy (available for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS this fall) has hit and the biggest question is “is this too little, too late?” For those not in the loop, Young Justice was a show that was part of the DC Nation block on the cartoon network that starred a group of young heroes, sidekicks if you will, that worked as somewhat of a black-ops team to the Justice League. The first season of the series focused on Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Miss Martian, Artemis, and Superboy (with Zatanna and Rocket joining towards the end of the season.) Then in season 2, the show was renamed Young Justice: Invasion and the story jumped forward 5 years! Young Justice Legacy is set within the 5 year gap, so we will hopefully get to see what went down between the seasons. Check it out now…
I was a huge fan of this show and I’m definetly going to be picking up this game since it continues the teams story. I only wish that it had come out while the show was still on the air so it may have helped ratings in any way before this show was cancelled. There have been kickstarter-like attempts to get this show back on the air, but so far there hasn’t been any official word from WB. I’d even take a mini series or a 2 hr movie to be honest. But I may need to just be happy with this game and move on. What do you think? Do you miss Young Justice too? Let us know.
Young Justice Legacy will be available for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS on September 10th!
